Sept 2009 CLT support leads to domestic appliance development project. A sizeable commitment from an industry player in the domestic water appliance market has been secured with support from CLT. It will allow the laboratory prototype which has been available for some years to reach into the real world of mass manufacture, allowing both testing data to be formally collected and for the entire supply chain to be scoped. A limited license for the industrial partner will provide future funding for the global delvery of the product through local partners or sub-contract manufacture.
