Delivering a business accelerator workshop for later-stage ventures

THE CHALLENGE

SETsquared’s Digital Business Acceleration Hub primarily focused on preparing start-ups for seed investment, but it wanted to augment its offer by providing services for later-stage companies.

THE OUTCOME

CLT delivered a two-day scale-up workshop tailored to digital SMEs that had already undertaken initial fundraising and had market traction. This broadened the services offered by SETsquared and prepared SMEs for rapid commercial growth.

CLT tailored its incubation planning tool to support digital ventures and delivered a two-day intensive accelerator workshop. The workshop combined a number of learning techniques including theory-based teaching, shared learning and facilitated action sessions. CLT’s proprietary incubation planning tool was used to identify where companies were in their commercialisation journey and where incubation support would be most valuable. Modules covered during the workshop include:
